A whole Nodoguro, a high-class fish that represents Kanazawa, grilled with salt.Its flavorful white flesh is rich in refined fat and has a plump, soft texture that falls apart easily.We pay particular attention to the degree of doneness to bring out the best in the ingredients.

[Sukiyaki-style hot pot]

This hot pot, finished with a sweet and spicy sauce, is a popular dish in which the flavors of meat and vegetables blend together.

[Fried chicken with bones]

[Shinshu soba]

For the final dish, we offer Shinshu soba noodles, which are characterized by their smooth texture and easy-to-swallow texture.The elegant aroma of the broth and the thin noodles that melt in your mouth
